Privacy policy
Last updated: 5 October 2026 · Version privacy-2026-10-v2
The short version
- We only collect what we need to run Midbloom Live, to send you Midbloom Notes if you ask for it, and to run our coaching.
- We never sell your details. Our Midbloom Live and privacy pages use no cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
- You can ask to see, change or delete your details at any time. Just email [email protected].
1. Who we are
MyBloomhaus is a coaching practice run by Ramya Sriramulu in Belgium. It is the trading name of Ladoos Consultancy BV. Midbloom is a programme by MyBloomhaus, created together with Aniko Sánta-Kisfalvi, a menopause and fitness expert.
Ladoos Consultancy BV, trading as MyBloomhaus, is responsible for your personal data. In data protection law, that makes us the "controller".
Ladoos Consultancy BV (MyBloomhaus), Ramya SriramuluPoddegemstraat 112B, 1851 Grimbergen, Belgium
Enterprise number (KBO/BCE) and VAT: BE 0732.908.541
Email: [email protected]
We're a small business, so we don't have a data protection officer. For anything about your data, write to Ramya directly.
2. What we collect and why
When you sign up for Midbloom Live
- Your first name, email and country. We use them to save your place and to send you your confirmation, the date, the Zoom link, reminders and, if there is one, the replay. Your country helps us pick a good time across time zones. We need these to give you the place you asked for (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
- Your WhatsApp number, if you give it. We only use it to send you a reminder on the day, because you asked for one. We delete it 30 days after the event (Article 6(1)(b)).
- Your optional answers (age group, what you'd love back first, how you heard about us, and what interests you). They help us shape the session around the women who are coming, and show us how people find Midbloom. They're truly optional, so leave them empty if you prefer. We use them because you chose to share them (your consent, Article 6(1)(a)), and you can ask us to delete them at any time.
We don't ask about your health. Please don't write health details in the form.
Midbloom Notes, our monthly email (only if you tick the box)
- Your email and first name, plus a record of when and how you said yes: the date and time, the exact words you saw, and the page you were on. We use them to send you Midbloom Notes, with ideas, news and offers from Midbloom and MyBloomhaus, and to be able to show that you asked for it.
- We only do this with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)), as Belgian law requires for email newsletters. Saying no never affects your Midbloom Live place.
- You can unsubscribe at any time with the link at the bottom of every Midbloom Notes email, or by writing to us.
Find My Voice applications
- What we collect. Your first name, email and country, your answers to our two questions, how you'd like us to contact you, and your WhatsApp number if you choose WhatsApp.
- Why. Only to read your application and reply to you personally.
- Sensitive information. Your answers are in your own words, so they may include sensitive personal information, for example about your health, your family or your safety, if you choose to share it. We use it only to reply to you.
- Who sees it. Only Ramya reads your application. It's kept in our database and sent to Ramya's inbox by our email service (see section 3). We never share it, and we never add you to a mailing list.
- How long. We delete your application, including the copy in Ramya's inbox, 12 months after you send it. We keep a short record that you agreed (the date, the exact words and your email address), without your answers, for 3 more years in case we ever need to show it, then we delete it too.
- Why we may use it. Your consent, which you give with the tick box when you send the form (GDPR Articles 6(1)(a) and 9(2)(a)). You can withdraw it at any time by writing to us, and we'll delete your application.
When you book a discovery call
- Your name, email, the time you booked and the payment status. Your card details go straight to Stripe. We never see them.
- We use them to hold your booking, take the payment, send your confirmation and handle refunds. That's needed for our agreement with you (Article 6(1)(b)), and we have to keep accounting records by law (Article 6(1)(c)).
When you email us
- Your email address and what you write. We use them to answer you, because replying to you is in both our interests (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
When you visit our website
- Our hosting providers process your IP address and basic technical details so the site works and stays safe from attacks (legitimate interest, Article 6(1)(f)).
- Our Midbloom Live and privacy pages use no cookies, analytics or advertising pixels. Our discovery call booking page shows a Cal.com calendar, which may set its own cookies. Please see Cal.com's privacy policy for those.
3. Who else handles your data
We use a few trusted services to run things. They only handle your data on our instructions, under data processing agreements.
| Service | What for | Where |
|---|---|---|
| Resend | sending our emails and keeping our email lists | United States |
| Railway | running our website's back end and database | European Union (Netherlands) |
| Cloudflare | delivering our website quickly and protecting it from attacks | worldwide network |
| Zoom | running the online session when you join | United States |
| WhatsApp (Meta) | the reminder on the day, only if you gave your number | European Union, with some processing in the United States under Meta's safeguards |
| Stripe | discovery call payments | European Union (Stripe Payments Europe, Ireland), with some processing in the United States under Stripe's safeguards |
| Cal.com | discovery call bookings | United States, under standard contractual clauses |
Aniko Sánta-Kisfalvi co-hosts Midbloom Live with Ramya. She only receives what she needs to run the session with Ramya: the first names of the women taking part.
We never sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing.
4. Data sent outside the EU
Some of the services above are based in the United States. When your data goes there, it's protected by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses. You can ask us for details at any time.
5. How long we keep your data
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Your Midbloom Live registration | until 6 months after the event, then we delete it |
| Your WhatsApp number | 30 days after the event |
| Find My Voice applications | 12 months after you send it, then we delete it, including the copy in Ramya's inbox. The record that you agreed, without your answers, stays 3 more years. |
| Midbloom Notes | until you unsubscribe. After that, we keep your email marked as "unsubscribed" so we never email you by mistake, and the record of your consent for up to 3 years in case we ever need to show it. |
| Discovery call bookings and payments | accounting records for 7 years, as Belgian law requires; other booking details for 2 years |
| Emails you send us | up to 2 years after our last conversation |
6. Your rights
You can ask us to:
- show you the data we hold about you and give you a copy,
- correct it,
- delete it,
- limit how we use it,
- stop using it (object),
- send it to you in a format you can take elsewhere,
- withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn't affect anything we did before you withdrew.
Just write to [email protected]. We'll reply within one month. We may ask you to confirm it's really you, to protect your data.
If you're unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority: Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, [email protected], +32 2 274 48 00, www.dataprotectionauthority.be. We'd love the chance to put things right first.
7. Do you have to give us your data?
Your first name, email and country are needed to save your place and send you the Zoom link. Without them we can't register you. Everything else is optional, and saying no to Midbloom Notes never affects your place.
For a Find My Voice application, we need your first name, email, country, a few words about what is happening for you and your agreement, so that Ramya can reply. Everything else is optional.
8. No automated decisions
We don't make decisions about you by automated means, and we don't build profiles of you for advertising.
9. How we keep your data safe
Our website and emails use encrypted connections. Only the two Midbloom founders, Ramya and Aniko, see registrations and applications, and only to run the event and reply to you. Our accounts use strong passwords and two-step login where the service offers it, and our system logs hide email addresses and phone numbers.
10. Midbloom is for adults
Our events and newsletter are for adults. Please don't sign up if you're under 18.
11. Recording of Midbloom Live
Yes, we record Midbloom Live, so you can watch it again and so women who could not join live can still see it.
What we record: the parts where Ramya and Aniko teach, the slides, and the chat shown on screen. We never record the small-group breakout conversations.
Your choice: your camera can stay off for the whole session, and you choose the name you show on Zoom. If you speak or appear on camera during a recorded part, you may appear in the replay. If you would rather not, keep your camera off and use the chat, or email us afterwards and we will cut you out of the replay where we can.
Who can watch, and for how long: the women who registered, through a private link. We keep the recording for one year after the session, then delete it.
12. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update the date and version at the top. If a change matters for you, we'll tell you by email.
