to Belgium.
From IT to
coaching.
I grew up in Chennai, India, in an environment that offered limited options for women. Breaking free from that took years, but it shaped everything I do today.
I moved to Belgium, and over the next 21 years I built a career in IT that took me through program management, project management, agile coaching, business analysis and test management across industries including networking, telecommunications and retail.

Those experiences, the politics, the pressure, the self-doubt, the moments of feeling like an outsider, became my purpose. Not despite them, but because of them.
Why coachingI spent years learning that
kindness is not a weakness.
I became a coach because I believe there is another way. You do not need to be aggressive, competitive or relentless to build a successful career and a fulfilling life. I am living proof of that, and I help others prove it too.
I trained with Erickson Coaching International and hold my ICF ACC certification. I am also certified in NLP and Timeline Therapy, tools I integrate into my coaching work to help clients shift deeply held beliefs and unlock their potential.

Today I work with professionals, especially in IT, tech and corporate environments, who feel stuck, overlooked or burned out. I help them rediscover their confidence and clarity, without losing themselves along the way.
I also have a longer-term mission that is close to my heart: supporting women who are navigating restrictive or difficult environments, as I once did, to find their independence and their voice.
Beyond workI am a devoted wife and mother. My family is my anchor. Outside of coaching I find peace in nature, love to travel and explore new cultures, and enjoy experimenting with healthy cooking.
I speak English, Tamil and Telugu, and understand Flemish and French. I work globally in English and am based in Belgium.
